It's that finding them means cold outreach that eats hours and mostly goes ignored. The alternative on offer is usually a paid link from a site that looks fine today and turns spammy later, or a “relevant” link that's topically close and hundreds of miles away.
LocalLinkMatch exists to make that first step, finding the right business to talk to, take a minute instead of an afternoon. You add a website, we scan it to work out its category, services, and location, and then we surface real local businesses worth connecting with, ranked by location and service fit. What you and your match agree to after that is entirely between the two of you.
It's built by the creator of Local Falcon, after two decades working in local SEO. That is long enough to have tried most of the ways this is usually done, and to know which parts are genuinely hard versus which parts are just tedious.
What we stand on
Reviewed, not automated
Every website is reviewed by a person before it joins the network. There are no automated sign-ups. Telling a real local business apart from a thin, generic content site isn't complicated. The standards just have to be applied on every single submission, which is the part most networks quietly skip.
No middleman, no cut
Connections happen over email, directly between owners. We don't sit in the conversation, we don't relay messages, and we never take a percentage of whatever you work out. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
Hyper-local by design
Matching on location isn't a filter bolted onto a general-purpose directory. It's the whole point. A link from the business down the road carries signals a topically-similar site across the country simply can't.
Priced so it's not a decision
A few dollars a month per website, billed quarterly, with no usage limits and no per-match fees. Quality local links have historically been priced well past what a small business could justify. That's the thing we most wanted to change.
You're never the product
You choose what gets shared, and when. Your contact details go to one other owner only when you approve that specific connection, never as part of a list anyone can browse. Agencies can add an entire roster without handing a client list to anyone.
