How matching, reviews, and billing actually work. If something isn't covered here, get in touch.
Add your website and we'll scan it to pick up your category, services, and location. You confirm those details, then the site is reviewed before it joins the network, and that review is what keeps the spam out. Once it's approved you'll see the matches available for it, and you're only charged when you activate.
No. Each website you add can be set to seek links, offer them, or both, and you can change that anytime. You'll only be matched with sites whose setting fits yours, so two sites that both only want links never see each other.
You choose what to share, your website and your Google Business link, and it goes to the other owner's inbox along with your contact email so they can reply to you directly. There's no in-app messaging to check and nobody relaying messages between you.
No. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us. Whether you trade links, pay for a placement, swap expert quotes, or work out something else entirely is between you and your match.
Every website is reviewed before it's approved, and there are no automated sign-ups. Telling a real local business apart from a thin, generic content site isn't complicated; the standards just have to be applied on every submission. We check for a real business or publisher, working contact details, and content written for readers rather than for links.
Business sites are local businesses. Content sites are blogs, news, and publisher sites. Both are welcome, content sites are priced a bit more, and they're clearly labeled on every match so you always know what kind of site you're looking at.
Yes. Add them one at a time or upload a batch by CSV, group them under clients, and filter your dashboard by client. You can also set every site you manage to seeking, providing, or paused in a single action.
You pay per website, not per account, and only for the websites you activate. Plans are quarterly or annual, with annual priced at a flat discount to four quarters. There are no usage limits. A website is matched as often as there are good matches for it, and the price is the same either way.
A single month rarely provides enough time to see real, compounding outcomes. Going quarterly gives the platform room to work for you while keeping your rate lower than a shorter monthly-term plan would cost.
Yes. Sign-up is free, and once a website is approved you can see the local matches found for it without paying anything. Activating is what lets you contact them, and it's also what makes your own site visible to others.
Not at sign-up. You add a website, it goes through review, and you're only charged when you choose to activate it. A website that's still in review, or approved but not activated, costs nothing.
Yes, as long as the website hasn't been used. While no connection request has been sent to or received by it, email us and we'll refund that payment. Once a request has gone either way the payment isn't refundable, because at that point the website has had the thing it was paid for. Requests received count as well as requests sent, since being found by someone is the service working.
Yes. Pausing a website is how you stop paying for it, and there's no separate cancellation to hunt for. You keep the rest of the period you've already paid for, and when that period ends the subscription is cancelled instead of renewed. You're never charged again after you pause.
Pausing takes a website out of matching in both directions: it stops appearing to others and stops receiving new matches. Connections you've already made are unaffected. Unpause before the period ends and nothing changes; unpause after it lapses and the site needs an active subscription again to go back live.
Yes. Group the sites you manage under clients, add team members to your agency, and filter everything by client. Your own sites are never matched to each other. Every match comes from outside your account, so the size of your roster is never a ceiling on what you can find.
